About this opportunity:

In this role, you will be responsible for creating UX designs for the next generation SocialLadder web portal and Mobile app. You will be working as part of our development team and be our in-house graphics/design guru.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Design and implement the next generation SocialLadder web portal UX
  • Design new and update the existing Mobile app UX
  • Maintain and improve the existing website
  • Create sales presentations and marketing collateral

Qualifications and Skills

  • 2-4 years of experience as an in-house designer or web designer
  • Degree in Graphic Design, Web Design or related field, or equivalent
  • Exceptional technical skills in the Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, and Indesign) as well as Sketch
  • Exceptional knowledge of HTML/CSS
  • Working knowledge of JavaScript/JSON (AngularJS big plus)
  • Ability to design beautiful intuitive user interfaces for the web and mobile devices
  • Knowledge of visual design theory (i.e., composition, color theory, typography etc.)
  • Mobile app UX design experience
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and multi-task effectively

About this opportunity:

In this role, you’ll be part of our rapidly growing Client Success Team to support and manage the day-to-day operational needs of our various clients. Work directly with marketing teams from online retailers, concert series and music festivals to maximize fan engagement and amplify their existing marketing efforts through our platform. Work closely with an experienced and successful entrepreneurial management team and become a part of our growth!

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Work directly with clients marketing teams to produce engaging in-app content to drive SocialLadder user engagement.

  • At least 1 year experience in client management or customer service

We’re looking for an experienced Business Development executive with a background in the live events space to lead our strategic partnerships. You will responsible for leading the process for identifying, analyzing, recommending, and closing strategic business opportunities including partnerships, alliances, or joint ventures globally.
