How can I get my Welcome Gift?+
Complete the following onboarding tasks:
Fill out the Usage Permission Form,
Follow us on Instagram and TikTok,
Turn on Social Ladder Notifications,
Add Bubble Ambassador to your Bio.
After completing all of these, go to the Rewards section and select your Welcome Gift. Please note that once you choose it, the selection cannot be changed.
Where can I find my promo code?+
1. Tap the “Challenges” icon at the bottom of your screen.
2. Select the challenge titled “Invite friends to get a discount on Bubble!”
3. Your promo code will be listed within the instructions on how to use it to sell Bubble products.
If you can't see the promo code there, go to: the “More” icon located at the bottom right of the app. Select “FAQ.” Choose “How can I create a personalized promo code?” From there, you can choose your promo code and share it. If you can't choose, it means the code was already used, choose another one.
How do I switch my Instagram account to a professional account?+
Open the Instagram app and go to your profile.
Tap on "Edit Profile".
Select "Switch to Professional Account" and tap Continue 4 times.
Choose the option that best describes you. If you're unsure, select "Digital Creator", then tap Done.
On the next screen, select "Creator" and tap Next.
You'll then see a page titled "Set Up Your Professional Account"—you can exit this screen by tapping the "X" in the corner.
And that's it! You've now switched to a free and easy Professional Instagram account.
How do I update my information in the app?+
- Tap the “More” icon located at the bottom right.
- Select “FAQ.”
- Choose “Where can I find important info?”
From there, you can update your name, phone number, mailing address, and more.
What should I do if a link in the app doesn’t work?+
1. Press and hold the link you’re trying to open.
2. Tap on “Open Link” when the option appears.
3. You will be redirected to the correct page.
How do I stop being an ambassador?+
Please contact support, and we’ll process your request to remove you as soon as possible.
Important: Deleting your account will permanently remove all associated data, and this action cannot be undone.
What should I do if I lose access to all my linked social media accounts?+
Access to the SocialLadder app is dependent on your linked social media accounts. Unfortunately, if you lose access to all of them, you will not be able to regain access to the app. We recommend trying to recover your social media accounts through the respective platforms’ support services.
How do I change the TikTok account linked to my profile?+
- Open a new tab in your phone browser and head over to tiktok.com
- Log in with your desired TikTok account
- Open the SocialLadder app
- Select the "More" tab
- Click the TikTok logo
- You'll see the new account and a "Switch account" message under it.
- Select “Continue”.
- Log In with the Correct TikTok Account if needed.
Important Note: Ensure you log in using the same method you used to originally create your TikTok account. For example, if you created your TikTok using Google, you’ll want to select “Continue with Google”.
How do I tag a page in my Instagram Story?+
To successfully tag a page in your IG Story, please use text instead of the page tag sticker. Due to limitations set by Instagram, any page tags need to be in text form for third-party applications to recognize them.
Why can't I submit an Instagram Reel for an IG Challenge?+
Due to limitations set by Instagram, IG Reels cannot be submitted for credit in IG Challenges. If you’d like to submit a video from your Instagram, please make sure to select the “Share as Post” option when creating the post in your Instagram profile. This way, your submission can be credited appropriately.
How can I request a change of promo code?+
To request a change of promo code, get in touch with support and provide the reason for the change with at least two examples of the promo codes you would like to use. We’ll review your request and, if it aligns with the brand's policy, we’ll do our best to assist you.
How do I connect my TikTok account through the SocialLadder app?+
To log in to TikTok through the SocialLadder app, please follow these steps:
- Navigate to the “More” tab.
- Look for a TikTok icon.
- Click on it and follow the prompts to log in to your TikTok account.
Where Can I Find the Usage Permission Form?+
Go to Challenges, check the one called "Fill out our usage permission form ??", the form is inside the challenge, you'll click a link and it will open for you to fill it out. Note: This challenge is not available for all ambassadors, only new ones that joined after the 1st of February.
Why Do I Need to Connect My Social Media Pages?+
In order for SocialLadder to reward you points for your social media challenges, SocialLadder must connect to your social media accounts including Facebook, Instagram, & Twitter. If you do not connect the SocialLadder the social media networks, you will not be able to perform these challenges. SocialLadder collects a minimal amount of info to connect you to the app. SocialLadder will not share your personal info or post on your behalf.
Why do I need to turn my location settings on?+
Having your location settings turned on allows the event organizer or brand manager to see where you’re submitting content from for location dirven challenges including street team tasks and field marketing challenges. Without this info, you may not receive points for completing your challenges!
How Do I Need to Turn My Notifications On?+
To enable notifications in your SocialLadder app, go to the bottom right corner, click on More, then navigate to Settings > Notifications, and make sure to toggle the notifications ON.
If you're still not receiving notifications, check your device settings:
Go to Settings > Notifications > SocialLadder and ensure that Allow Notifications is enabled.
How can I fix the 'Invalid URL' error?+
1. In the challenge, scroll down to the box where you need to enter the URL of your content.
2. Go to Instagram, find the post you want to share, and click on the three dots (…).
3. Select Share > Copy Link. Open the link in your browser to ensure it’s correct.
4. Once the link is open in the browser, copy the URL again.
5. Return to the challenge page and paste the copied link into the URL box.
How to Make Sure You're Using GPS Tracking On Your Photos+
Verifying your location services in the app is done in the Settings app on your mobile device, not on the SocialLadder app. Open the Settings on your device, scroll down to find the SocialLadder app on this list and tap on it. After tapping on the SocialLadder app in Settings, the menu will say “ALLOW SOCIALLADDER TO ACCESS” at the top. The first option will be Location, tap on this option. There are two options on this screen which are “Never” or “While Using This App”. If the “Never” option is checked, that means the app is not using your location. Make sure the “While Using This App” option is checked. After that option is checked, your location services will then be used in SocialLadder!
Why am I not seeing challenges?+
1. Refresh your app - If you feel like you aren't seeing current challenges or rewards, please head to the "homepage" & use the pull-to-refresh gesture on your screen to refresh your app (as you would to refresh your Facebook news feed)
2. Still now seeing them? - Ask your Program Admin to confirm your profile is setup properly in order to see the correct challenges for this program.
The challenge isn't showing up on my phone.+
The challenge removes itself automatically after completion of the challenge. If its gone and it went to complete, you'll get credit for completing the challenge.
How do I change my profile picture?+
Profile pictures are pulled from your social media account - sometimes it takes a few days for this to update.
I want to change the “confirmed” email address+
You can just go to the settings tab in the app and change your email. Then wait 15 minutes and you should get a new confirmation email
